Activities in Morningstar Office are automatically archived every 20 minutes. You cannot manually archive items. Archived activities are stored on Morningstar's servers and cannot be deleted. If you have an item you do not want archived, delete the item that day. These items from the Current Activities area are archived:
Inbox
Sent Items
Calendar
Note: Although the Archived Activities area shows a Notes and Tasks folder, these are no longer active folders under the Current Activities folder and are only retained under the Archived section to house previously archived items.
You can auto-delete email under the Current Activities section by selecting Permanently delete emails once archived from Home, Settings, Personal Settings, Email Password Settings. Be advised, if you select this option, at the time the system performs the archive, any new emails are automatically moved to the Archived Activities Inbox and removed from the Current Activities Inbox whether they have been read or not.
