Moving and Resizing Columns

To move columns

1. Click and hold the center of any column heading. Your cursor changes into a placement tool. (It looks like a shaded-outline box.)

2. Drag the column to the left or right. Continue to hold down your mouse button. A red line appears on the column side to indicate you can release your mouse button. The column you chose relocates automatically.

To resize columns

1. Hold down your left mouse button as you click the right border of the column heading. Your cursor will change into a resizing tool.

2. Expand the column by dragging to the right while holding down the left button on your mouse.
