Global Billing Reports

Overview

This section describes several management-level reports you can generate related to billing. These reports will help you monitor how much is being billed at your practice, and what types of fees are being generated.

What Global Billing Reports are available?

Global Billing Summary (PDF)

Reports > Management Reports > Global Billing Summary

This report lists all fees calculated per account, within a given date range.

Data on the report come from the Billing page, it is not calculated at the time the report is run. It includes additional charges and rebates you created.

This report lists all fees calculated per account, within a given date range

Data on the report come from the Billing page, it is not calculated at the time the report is run. It does NOT include additional charges/rebates you created using the New Billing icon.

Billing Setting and Validation Report (Excel)

This report lists current billing settings for each account, including the following:

  • fee methodology

  • management fee setting

  • allocation account

  • billing disclosure, and more.

This report lists all fees calculated per account within a given date range vs. available cash for each account.

Data on the report come from the Billing page, it is not calculated at the time the report is run. It does NOT include additional charges/rebates you created using the New Billing icon.

Management Fee Position Exclusion Report (Excel)

This report lists all positions being excluded from management fee calculations as of a certain date.

You do not need to generate fee data before producing this report.

Insufficient Cash Accounts Report (Excel)

Reports > Billing Management > Insufficient Cash

Accounts Report

This report lists all accounts for which calculated fee > current cash/money market position

Fee calculations drawn from the Billings screen; not run from scratch.

Accounts With No Management Fee Schedule (Excel)

Reports > Billing Management > Accounts With No Management Fee Schedule

This report lists all accounts with no management fee setting currently applied.

You do not need to generate fee data before producing this report.
