Filters allow you to quickly sort your notes by a number of criteria using the Modify Filter drop-down.
To create a new note filter, do the following:
At the top right of the Note Manager screen, click Modify Filter
Enter the desired filter criteria by entering search keywords or phrases in the Note Title or Note Content fields or by using the inputs in the Default Criteria or Date and Category Criteria.
To sort your notes using the new filter, click Apply.
When you are finished, click the Save button which will prompt you to give the filter a name.
Enter a Filter Name and click Save.
Click the x in the upper right-hand corner of the Modify Filter box to close the screen.
You can now select the new filter from the Filter drop-down on the toolbar (under User Defined Filters).
