The Workflow Monitor allows you to keep track of all workflows created by members of your firm.
You can use the Filter drop-down menu to display Completed Workflows, Workflows in Progress, or Stopped Workflows. To change the default selection for the Filter drop-down menu, click the Default Workflow Settings icon.
To open a workflow in a new window, click the View Status link next to its name.
By selecting a workflow and clicking the Action menu, you can do the following:
View Workflow Status: Open the workflow in a new window.
Edit Workflow Template: Edit the workflow template used to create the workflow.
Note: When you edit a template on the Workflow Templates or Workflow Monitor page, your changes do not impact current workflows created using this template; only future workflows will be affected. To edit a workflow directly, you must go to the Workflow Monitor page and click the View Status link next to the name of the workflow.
Stop Workflow: Stop the selected workflow. The status of any tasks in progress within the workflow are changed to "Stopped."
Resume Workflow: Resume a stopped workflow.
Delete Workflow: Deletes the workflow. Any tasks generated from the workflow will no longer appear in Task Manager. Workflow templates can be deleted even if they are initiated for a particular client.
