Multiple members found. Click on icon to select the best matched member.

This hard warning indicates that a member name being imported matches multiple existing member names in Morningstar Office's database. To address this warning, do the following:

  1. From the Status column, double-click the icon next to the member in question. The Select the matching member here dialog box opens.

  2. Click once on the box next to the client you want to map to.

  3. Click OK to close the dialog box.

  4. On the Blotter window, click the Save icon.

  5. When the confirmation message appears, click OK.
