Editing a custom view in Accounts

  1. In the left navigation pane, click Portfolio Management. The Portfolio Management tab opens.

  2. In the left-hand column, click Accounts. The Accounts spreadsheet opens, listing all of your saved accounts.

  3. Double-click on an account. The account opens to the Holdings Summary screen.

  4. On the Action Shortcuts tool bar, click . The Select Data Points dialog opens.

  5. Click the Universe arrow and select Custom Views.

  6. Click the List arrow and select the custom view you want to edit. The data points of the custom view appear in the box.

  7. You can either add data points to the existing view, or delete current data points using the Remove button under the Selected Data Points box. (If you want to add different data points, go back up to the Universe and List arrows to select from what lists you want to add data.)

  8. After you have added, edited, and/or deleted the data points, click Save. The Save As dialog opens.

  9. Highlight the name of the custom view you edited. Click OK. A message opens: Do you want to overwrite existing item? Click OK. The custom view is edited.
