Deactivating a client

You may want to deactivate a client whose assets you are not managing.  When you deactivate a client, their asset values do not show up in your assets under management.  

To deactivate a client:

  1. In the left navigation pane, click the Client Management tab, and then select Clients.

  2. Select the client you want to deactivate (you can deactivate more than one at a time) by checking the box located to the left of the client name.

  3. From the Action menu, click Edit, Deactivate. The client will be deactivated.
