Editing a client profile

You may occasionally need to update a client’s contact information or otherwise change their account.  To edit a client profile:

  1. In the left navigation pane, click the Client Management tab, and then select Clients.

  2. From the client grid area, double-click on the client you want to edit. The client record will open to the Accounts area.

  3. Select the page under the Client Profile to update. The choices are: General, Members, Risk Profile, Financial Info, Tax Info, or Add'l Info.

  4. Enter new information or edit the existing information.

  5. Click Save and then click the X to close the window.  Note: You may need to refresh the grid to show the updated changes.
