On the toolbar located above the grid, click Edit View. The Select Data Points dialog box opens.
Click the drop-down associated with the Universe field and select to edit the view for the current universe or My Data Sets.
Under the Find Data Point By option, select whether to search by View or Name containing.
If you select View, click the associated drop-down menu to determine the data points that will become available. Note: The drop-down list varies depending on the universe selected. Select All Standard Data Points to populate the Available Data Points section with all data points related to this universe, or, make another selection from the list to limit the number of data points to those associated with the selected category.

Note: You can also move items to the Selected Data Points section by double-clicking. Use the arrow buttons to the right of the box to arrange the data points.
When you have added all the data points you want to include in the layout and arranged them in the preferred order, click Save. The Save As dialog opens.
