In the left navigation pane, click Portfolio Management. The Portfolio Management tab opens. In the left-hand column, click Accounts. The Accounts spreadsheet opens.
Double-click the account to which you want to apply your custom benchmark. The account opens to the Holdings Summary.
From the Tools menu, point to Settings, then click Select Benchmark. The Select Benchmark dialog opens.
Click the Within arrow and click Custom Benchmark.
To search for the custom benchmark by name, enter the name in the box under Find By and click . The matching benchmarks will appear in the Available Records box. (To get a list of all your custom benchmarks, simply click
. All custom benchmarks will appear in the Available Records box.)
Select the desired benchmark and click OK. The custom benchmark is now applied to the account and will appear in the Benchmark line.
