You can send an investment list within your firm or outside your firm. When you send an investment list, you are passing along a copy of your list to another user. Any changes they make to their copy of the list will not be noted in your investment list.
To send an investment list within your firm, do the following:
In the left navigation pane, click Workspace. The Workspace area opens.
In the left-hand column, click Investment Lists. The Investment Lists spreadsheet opens.
Check the box to the left of the investment list you want to share.
From the Action menu, select Send To...Within My Firm. The Find Users Within My Company dialog box opens.
Find the user(s) to whom you want to send the list and click Add.
Click OK.
A dialog box confirms that the list was sent. Click OK.
To send an investment list outside your firm, do the following:
In the left navigation pane, click Workspace. The Workspace area opens.
In the left-hand column, click Investment Lists. The Investment Lists spreadsheet opens.
Check the box to the left of the investment list you want to share.
From the Action menu, select Send To...Outside My Firm. The Send Copy to dialog box opens.
Enter and confirm the email address of the person to whom you want to send the investment list, then click Add User. The email address appears in the Selected Records box.
Click OK.
A dialog box confirms that the list was sent. Click OK.
