13F Report Options

This report is intended to assist institutional investment managers filing with the SEC. Section 13(f) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 states that all institutional investment managers who are managing over $100 million in assets on the last trading day of any month of the calendar year must disclose their holdings on a quarterly basis.

To generate the 13F Holdings Report as an Excel spreadsheet, do the following:

  1. Select the As of Date drop-down field and select Last Quarter End or Previous Quarter End.

  2. The Report Type option is limited to generating the report as an Excel worksheet.

  3. Check the Omit Small Positions box to exclude holdings with fewer than 10,000 shares or market value of less than $200,000.

  4. Filter the data according to options selected for each account under the Account Profile.

    1. Select one or more of the checkboxes associated with Business Type.

    2. Use the drop-down menu associated with Discretionary Accounts to select Discretionary Accounts, Non-discretionary Accounts, or Both.

  5. Click OK. The report opens in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
