Find Transactions for Security Dialog Box

  1. In the Security Name field, click the magnifying glass icon. The Add Security dialog opens. If you are not looking for transactions for a specific Security, this field can be left blank.

  2. Locate the security and click OK.

  3. In the Transaction Type field, click the magnifying glass icon. The Select Transaction(s) dialog opens.

  4. Select the transaction type from the top data box and click Add to move it to the selected records box below. Multiple transaction types can be added, or use the Add All button to select and move all transaction types to the selected records box below.  Click OK.  Note: Even though the Transaction Type field defaults to All Transaction Types, you must still select Add All to search all transaction types.

  5. From the Date Range Option drop-down menu, select Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or Custom period.

  6. If you select Custom period, in the Start Date and End Date fields, enter the dates manually (MM/DD/YYYY) or by clicking the calendar icons.

  7. Click OK. The transactions from the selected time period are displayed.
