New Billing (Service Charge) Dialog Box

Required fields are in blue.

  1. Click the Billing Type arrow to select Service Charge.

  2. In the Client Name box, click the magnifying glass icon to select the client this service charge is for. The Select Client dialog opens. Select the client.

  3. In the Date box, enter (or use the calendar icon to select) the date the service charge item occurred.

  4. In the Amount box, enter the total service charge. Numeric with up to seven digits and two decimals.

  5. In the Description box, enter the description of this charge.

  6. To save this service charge and enter a new billing, click . To save this service charge and close out of the dialog box, click .

Note: Service charges include account maintenance charges such as a minimum balance charge and/or finance charge, per item charges for request of additional documents, etc.
