In the Start Date box, enter the start date (mm/dd/yyyy) or use the calendar icon to select the start date for the report.
In the End Date box, enter the end date (mm/dd/yyyy) or use the calendar icon to select the end date for the report.
If the Report Type option is available, use the drop-down menu and select to generate the report in PDF or Excel Table format. Note: Some reports are only available in either PDF or Excel Table format and therefore, the option is grayed out and can not be changed.
When the Check price from first Transaction option is checked, the report will only include prices that are missing from the date of the first transaction for that security forward. If the option is not selected, the report will include missing prices from the date the security was added into Office. Most users are only concerned about missing prices for the time the security has been held. Therefore, in most cases, you would want to select the option.
Click OK. The report is generated.
