PAS Report Options Dialog Box

  1. In the Start Date box, enter the start date (mm/dd/yyyy) or use the calendar icon to select the start date for the report.

  2. In the End Date box, enter the end date (mm/dd/yyyy) or use the calendar icon to select the end date for the report.

  3. In the Report Type field, use the drop-down menu and select to generate the report in PDF, Excel Table, or CSV File format. Note: A CSV file has the capability of storing more data than an Excel file.

  4. In the Custodian field, from the drop-down menu choose Select Custodian or All. When Select Custodian is chosen, you are prompted to select one or more custodians to include in the report. Only assets associated with the selected custodians will appear on the report.

  5. In the Exclude Management Fee field, use the drop-down menu to select Yes or No.

  6. In the Include Cash and Cash equivalent asset only field, use the drop-down menu to select Yes or No.

  7. Filter the data according to options selected for each account under the Account Profile.

    1. Select one or more of the checkboxes associated with Business Type.

    2. Use the drop-down menu to limit the types of accounts, or select Both to include each type of account. These options are available for: Discretionary Accounts, Third Party Managed Accounts, and Related Person/Proprietary Accounts.

  8. Click OK. The report is generated.
