Time Period Setup

To set the time period for the report, do the following:

  1. Click the Start date drop-down and select a start date.

Note: If you select Enter Date, enter a date or click the calendar icon and select the start date.

  1. Click the End date drop-down and select an end date.

Note: If you select Enter Date, enter a date or click the calendar icon and select the end date.

  1. To add a new time period, click Add Columns. The time period appears in the Selected Time Periods area.

  2. To remove a time period, click on the time period and click Remove.

  3. To remove all selected time periods, click Remove All.

  4. To move a time period up or down in the list, click on the time period and click the arrow buttons.

  5. To change the settings for a  time period, click on the time period and click Settings.

  6. To select data points, click the Data Points tab.

  7. To close the dialog box, click OK.
