Add Insurance

There are four parts to this Add Insurance dialog: Insurance Name and Type, Basic Description, Insurance Benefit Details, and Premium Details.

Insurance Name and Type

  1. In the Insurance name box, enter the identifying name for this insurance entry.

  2. Click the Insurance type arrow to select the type of insurance.

Note: What you are prompted to enter in the Basic Description, Insurance Benefit Details, and Premium Details is decided by the insurance type you selected. All fields in blue are required fields.

  1. After you've entered in all the insurance data, click . The data are saved, and a blank Add Insurance dialog appears. You can enter in additional insurance information, or if you are done, click Exit.
