Defined Contribution Plan Dialog Box

1. In the Contribution Plan Name field, enter a name for the Contribution Plan.

2. In the Benchmark Name field, the default benchmark is displayed. To choose a different benchmark, click the magnifying glass icon.

3. The Select Benchmark dialog box appears. Select a benchmark, then click OK.

4. Click Next.
