Import Dialog Box

  1. In the File Name box, click the magnifying glass icon to browse for the folder containing the import files. Select the folder and click OK. The path is displayed in the File Name box.

  2. Select the Include Subfolders option to retrieve import files from additional folders located within the target folder. This will be used when you have multiple Rep Codes/Master Accounts.

  3. Enter the Start Date (mm/dd/yyyy) and End Date for the import files. You can also click the calendar icon and select the date.

Note: The End Date automatically defaults to the current date. If you want to import all available files, updating the End Date field is not necessary.

  1. The types of custodian files available are listed under the File Type column. When a file type is found within the specified date range, it is automatically selected for import. Uncheck the box to exclude the file from import. The Last Custodian File Date identifies the last posted file date for the specified file type.

  2. Click the Import button to start extracting the data into the import blotters where you can review and reconcile prior to posting to the client accounts.

  3. Click Cancel to exit the screen without making changes.
