Click the Universe arrow to select the universe for which you are creating the layout.
Click the List arrow to select the view or data list from which you want to select your data points. (Lists vary depending on the universe selected.) The data points included in the list display in the box below.
Select data points to include in your layout by highlighting them and then clicking Add. (You can also move items to the Selected Data Points box by double-clicking.) Use the arrow buttons to arrange the data points.
When you have added all the data points you want to include in the layout and arranged them in the preferred order, click OK. (If you want to save this layout for future use, click Save.)
Tip: To change general or calculation settings, select a data point and click Settings. Calculation settings can be changed only for certain data points.
