Under the Available Columns heading, select a view from the drop-down box. All columns from that view will appear in the bottom box. (Note, if you want to choose from the full long list, select All in the view drop-down box.)
Select the columns you want in your custom view by highlighting them. Select multiple columns by holding the Ctrl button on your keyboard and clicking on column names.
Click to move the columns to the Selected Columns box.
Click Save... button. The Save as Custom View dialog box appears.
Type view name into the Name field. Click OK.
