      • Show Liquidated Holding - This is a global setting which, when checked, shows all holdings within an account that have been liquidated to a 0.00 balance and are no longer held in the account. If the box is checked it will show all liquidated holdings on reports. By unchecking this button all liquidated holdings within an account will not be shown on reports.

      • Email Notification of Out of Balance Accounts - If this option is checked, this notification is generated and sent to the login e-mail inbox when accounts have gone beyond their tolerance threshold for rebalancing in comparison to the models attached to them.  If this box is unchecked, then no e-mail notification is sent.

      • Check on "Include in Management Fees Calculation" for new Transactional Accounts - When this option is selected, new transactional accounts adding into Morningstar Office will automatically be included in management fee calculations. If this option is unchecked, new transactional accounts will be excluded from Management Fee calculations by default.

      • Exclude Margin Balance from Management Fee Calculation - This option excludes the margin balance of an account from being part of the billable balance when calculating management fees. This is a global setting and will affect all accounts that have a margin balance.

      • Use Absolute Values of Short Positions in Management Fee Calculation - This box, when checked, uses the absolute value of short positions within an account to calculate the Management Fee Amount. When this option is not checked, the values of short positions will be calculated as negative values and decrease the billable balance of an account. This is a global setting and will affect all accounts that contain short positions.
