This dialog lists the users you have set up to share files with. You can add and delete users, and identify what rights you want to assign them.
To add a user
Click . The Find Users Within My Company dialog opens. Select the user you want to share with, and click OK.
The user will be assigned Read Only rights. Check Read/Write to allow the user to edit the shared files.
To delete a user
Select the user you want to remove sharing rights from by checking the box to the left of the user name.
Click . The user is deleted and will no longer have access to your files that you previously shared.
To change rights
If you want to change the rights assigned to a user, check the Read Only or Read/Write boxes.
Click OK. The changes are saved.
