Find the current cost of public and private colleges, as well as averages, to use in your College Calculator. You can search colleges by State, Name, or Average cost.
Click the Search by arrow to select State, Average, or Name.
If searching by State:
Click either the In-state or Out-of-state radio button.
Click the Find arrow, and select the state. Click Go. All colleges in that state will be listed alphabetically, with their current in-state or out-of-state costs displayed.
Select the desired school. Click OK. The cost will now appear in the College Calculator in the Current Annual College Cost ($) box.
If searching by Name:
Select either the Begins with or Contains radio button.
In the Find box, type the beginning or part of the name.
Click Go. The college will be listed with the current cost. Select the school and click OK. The cost will now appear in the College Calculator in the Current Annual College Cost ($) box.
If searching by Average:
Click either the In-state or Out-of-state radio button.
Click the Find arrow, and select from the following choices: Average 2-year public institution, Average 2-year private institution, Average 4-year public institution, Average 4-year private institution, Average 6-year public institution, or Average 6-year private institution.
Click Go. The cost of the selected average appears. Highlight the average and click OK. The cost will now appear in the College Calculator in the Current Annual College Cost ($) box.
