To save this report to the Saved Reports area:
In the Report Title box, enter a report name.
Click Save. The report will be saved to the Morningstar Office folder on your hard drive and will be available in the Saved Reports area.
To save this report to your desktop:
In the Report Title box, enter a report name.
Check the box labeled Save a copy to my desktop.
Click Save. A message will appear to let you know that the report was successfully saved.
Click Close.
To e-mail this report:
In the Report Title box, enter a report name.
Click the E-mail button. The New E-mail box opens.
Select the recipient, regarding subject, and signature.
In the Subject line, type the subject heading of the e-mail. (The To and Subject fields are required.)
Click the Attachment tab. The Attachment spreadsheet opens. The report you opened is displayed.
You are able to include other reports in this e-mail. On the Action Shortcuts tool bar, click New Attachment, then click Workstation File. The Attach Report window opens.
Select the additional reports you want to include by checking the box to the left of the report names.
Click Attach and Close. You will be returned to the Attachment spreadsheet.
From the Menu Shortcuts tool bar, click Send. Your e-mail with the attached reports will be sent.
