Snapshot Report Options

Indicate what you want to include with the snapshot report.

  1. Click the Cover Page drop-down and select Yes or No.

  2. Click the Investment Detail report drop-down and select Yes or No. If you select Yes, Investment Detail reports for all the underlying holdings will be included in the report.

  3. Click the Disclosures drop-down and select Yes or No.

  4. Add disclosure to cover page

  5. Add blank 2nd page

  6. Use classic layout

  7. Mask Account Number

  8. Use Transactions to calculate

  9. Click the Report end date drop-down and select Last Month End, Previous Month End, or Last Quarter End.

  10. Click the Aggregate duplicate securities drop-down and click Yes or No. If you select Yes, securities held in more than one account are displayed only once on the report.

  11. Generate Quick Snapshot Report

  12. Report Accounts Aggregated

  13. Report Accounts Segregated

  14. Click OK. The report is generated.
