Oldest Share Class (Formerly Distinct Portfolio)

In the mutual fund universe search, this criterion (in Operations) allows you to do analysis on a distinct portfolio basis or, in other words, to include only the parent share class. For a single share class fund, this field is equal to "Yes." For a multiple share class fund, the oldest share class has "Yes" while the other share classes are "No."

Indicates if this share class is the oldest one of the fund.
