For equity holdings, this line typically displays just the name of the issuing company. Other equity labels are included where appropriate, such as ADR, which distinguished an American Depository Receipt. Fixed-income holdings, however, will usually include more information to differentiate among the many types of bonds available. For most bonds, the coupon rate is listed as a percentage figure after the name of the bond. Adjustable-rate mortgages and floating-rate notes will have ARM or FRN (or IFRN for inverse-floating rate notes) listed after the name of the bond to indicate that the coupon rate is variable.
