Located under the Tools, Export menu, the Account Position by Lot Export feature allows users to export account holdings and open tax lot information from Office into an XML file, which can then be uploaded to third-party rebalance software like iRebal, Total Rebalance Expert (TRX), TradeWarrior, and others. First, you must contact Product Support or your Client Service Consultant to request access to the Account Position by Lot Export feature.
To export account data:
Select the method for exporting the data.
To export at a group or household level, select Group Account ID for Clients (available for iRebal users only), or Group Account ID for Groups.
To export at an account level, select Group each Account ID in its own Group.
Click Start to start the export. When the export is complete, the file will be available under the Recent Exports area of the screen.
Click on the download icon 
to save the .XML file to a local or network drive.
The file is now ready for import into your rebalancing software.
Note: Please contact iRebal to verify Group Account ID for Clients is an acceptable format before using it.
