In each universe, there is a Locate tool that you can use to quickly access a security.
In the Action Shortcuts tool bar of a security universe, click Locate. The Select a Security dialog opens.
Click the Find By arrow to select the method you will use to find the security.
In the text box, enter the name, ticker, etc of the security. Click Go. All matches appear in the Available Records box.
Highlight the desired security. Click OK. You return to the universe spreadsheet and your security is selected.
