This dialog allows you to add users for sending or sharing a file.
Most often, the only choice you have will be your own company or Morningstar.
Find allows you to search for users within the selected company. Type your search string and click the Find button. To show all users in the company, click Find without typing a search string. Your results will appear in the lower left-hand box titled Available Records.
Name Begins With - looks for all user's last names that begin with your search string
Name Contains - searches for all users names that contain your search string
Available Records are the results of your search and Selected Records are users that you want to add. The filter above the available records allows you to page through the users.

select the user(s) and click the ">" button; or
click ">>", which adds all selected records
