Sometimes Internet Explorer will save certain Direct files to speed up your "browsing" experience. Sometimes this feature causes problems. Particularly, when files are changed.
To purge your temporary internet files, do the following:
Open Internet Explorer
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
In the General tab, click the Delete Files button. It will take a little while for the process to complete, depending on how often you perform this operation. It might look like it is frozen, but it is working.
