Morningstar Fair Value Status

The Fair Value Status is considered �active� when an equity analyst�s previous fair value estimate remains supported. When the fair value estimate is listed as �under review�, our equity analyst team is presently reanalyzing the company�s current situation. Once all factors have been researched, the new fair value is calculated and the Fair Value Status will once again appear as �active�.
