Batch Management

The batch management dialog is used to organize reports into batches to run together. Batches will generate report Excel output files in user specified locations and store report results in Morningstar Direct. Scheduled batches will run whether or not Morningstar Direct is running.

Batches of reports can be run on-demand using the �Run Now� button, or they can be scheduled to run at a later time. In order to schedule a batch, select the batch by checking the checkbox next to the batch name and click on the �Schedule� button. Scheduled batches will be entered into Windows Scheduled Tasks using the Windows domain user  name and password. Schedules can be deleted by selecting �Clear Scheduled Runs� on the Action menu.

To edit an existing batch, select the batch and click on the �Edit Batch� button.
