Creating Filter Criteria

Creating a Filter Criteria allows you to create rules to apply to your report and only display selected items based on those rules.  After your report has been generated, applying a filter criterion will allow you to further restrict the investments which are displayed without requiring you to recalculate the report, or regenerate the investment list.

Update Display Summary Statistics

Report recalculation will be required in order to update summary statistics only when the filter criterion has been modified.  After the report has successfully calculated, enabling and disabling the filter will display correct summary statistics based on whether the filter is on or off without recalculation.
