Morningstar Office is able to share data with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Financial Planning, Custodians, and others through third party integration tools. Some of these integrations require a user to enter an access code within the third party tool in order to gain access to the integration. This is typically done when a third party consumes data or reports from Morningstar.
To access the Integrations Settings, go to the Home tab, click the Settings page, and then click the Integration Settings link.
Within the Integration Settings window, you will have the ability to generate an access code for certain vendors, complete the enrollment process for others, and to disable the integration, if desired.
Note: Find out if the third party you are integrating with requires an access code; some third parties may require the Office password to be entered instead of an access code.
