Located under the Home, Client Management, and Portfolio Management tabs, the Activities page is divided into three areas, Current Activities, Archived Activities, and Contacts. It is designed in a tree structure, so you move around Activities using the left hand navigation tree.
In Current Activities, you will find your Calendar, Deleted Items, Drafts, Inbox, Junk E-mail, Outbox, and Sent Items.
In Archived Activities, you will find five archive folders: Inbox, Sent Items, Calendar, Notes, and Tasks.
In Contacts you will find your Contacts individually listed and any Distribution Lists you may have established.
Activities can also be added from the top menu of Morningstar Office. Click New, Activities to quickly create an e-mail, task, appointment, contact, or note.
